Same Day Delivery/Next Day Delivery

We take being your lash supplier very seriously and are constantly evolving to offer solutions for our shoppers. 

which is why we understand that emergencies happen and we are proud to be the first lash supplier to offer same day and next day delivery within Melbourne.

Here's how it works:

SAME DAY DELIVERY:
Make your order before 2pm to receive it after 6pm on the same day. Twilight orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or business addresses. 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
Make your order before 12pm the day before and receive it between 7am-5pm the next day.

If your delivery address is eligible, you will see 2 extra delivery options (same day/next day delivery) at check out along with AusPost shipping options.

Simply select your preferred shipping method and proceed to checkout.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL:
Once you have received your tracking information from our delivery partner, you will be periodically notified once the package is out for delivery and once it is delivered. 

Your tracking information will be made available to you from 2pm onwards. All orders are sent with Authority to Leave in a safe place, making it easier to receive your parcel. If you have any delivery notes (gate codes, specific places for items to be left, preferred delivery time) please include them in the order notes or reach out to us via instagram.
