Being an artist in the industry, I HEAR your concerns because I have lived them. 

What do we want as artists? Fans with:

• Stable AND consistent curls
• Stable AND consistent length
• Minimal adhesive at base
• Thin sharp bases
• Correctly weighted fans

Each collection on my store is made at the same factory - why does this even matter to you? It means every tray your order is consistent in length and curl to each other. 

Each tray is scrutinized at the end of production so you don't have to be worried about getting inconsistent product... because there's nothing worse than realising your 12mm and 10mm are the same length!
